Regret  No Smoking cottage/ No Pets

	You enter the cottage through the door to the left of the covered walkway and enter straight into the dining room,with pleasant beamed ceiling, and a farmhouse pine table with six chairs.
Off of this is a modern kitchen with pine units including sink unit, electric oven and hob, refridgerator, washing machine and microwave.  In the store cupboard you will find an iron and ironing board for your use.
	From the dining room there  are open plan stairs leading to the two bedrooms and bathroom.  One bedroom has a double bed whilst the other is a family room with three single divans.  There is ample wardrobe space is both bedrooms.  The bathroom has recently been modernised with bath and shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
At the end of the landing another staircase leads down to the cosy lounge, again with open beamed ceilings, and a granite fireplace (an open fire can be had here, bags of coal can be bought at the local shop).  There are two comfortable settees, a colour TV with DVD player and a radio CD player.
	Outside, is  the small communal courtyard garden with bench seat and a washing line.
Heating is by electric storage heaters and oil filled radiators.   All electricity is inclusive.	We wish to assure our guests that Comprehensive Insurance is in existence with a  £2,000,000 Limit of liability under the Public Liability and Products Liability Section.
